How I work with clients
Understand and frame
We begin with a direct discussion about the business problem, users, available data, constraints and expected value. I challenge assumptions where needed and translate the conversation into a clear, realistic scope.
Assess what already exists
If the project has started, I review the current code, experiments, data flows and technical decisions. The goal is to preserve what works, identify risks quickly and avoid rebuilding without a reason.
Move into development
Once priorities are aligned, I move quickly into implementation. Work is divided into concrete milestones, with production constraints such as quality, security, cost and maintainability considered from the start.
Validate continuously
Regular client meetings keep the project transparent. We review what has been built, validate it against the real need and agree on the next step before moving forward.
